Hey guys this is not an official run but something a few of us have tried to arrange for months.
The Hot Buttered Walnut Pancakes run to Canberra is on Saturday 17th January. Meeting points Panthers Krispy creams then to Pheasants Nest roadhouse to meet up with others. Please be fuelled and ready to go from Pheasants Nest. Meeting point will be Panthers Krispy Kreams at 6.00am for 6.15am departure. Pheasants Nest road stop they need to be there ready for 7.30am departure. The plan is to visit the War memorial (entry is I believe free) and then have some pancakes for lunch. Some of us have booked to stay overnight at Ibis Styles Eaglehawk Hotel at Sutton Forest just North of Canberra. Some I have spoke to are going to go back to Sydney on the day after lunch and I suggest you guys run back together. For those staying for Sunday we could visit Cockington Green miniature village but I suggest if you look on the net to see if you want to do something different. This is not a structured event except for departure times and if you miss this you can still catch up in Canberra. hope to see few. Cheers |
