I'd pay someone to rebuild what I've got into a shiny, V8, supercharged, fire breathing, kiddie scaring monster!!!
Plus buy an FGX as a daily driver 'til it's completed. Then a sweet F100 with a new crate motor to tow my new power boat! "First you getta da money, then you getta da power, then you getta da woman"!!! |

Would need to check with Hulk on what to buy. Could be a bit worried on making some sort of faux pas.

Me too ... a Charger Hellcat, they're a bit more practical than a Challenger. But instead of bringing one over and changing it to RHD, I'd go live in the States and buy one there.

Either a Maserati granturismo or amg c63 with a blower kit for a daily...
Finish my EF off at nelson racing engines, and various gt's (El gt, Xb gt, Xy gt) to Round out the garage...

More muscle cars than the Bowden's collection. Copius amounts of cool Aussie and Yank Muscle.
Maybe a full house top of the line Raptor to go to the tip in. As a daily, Id get a new hi spec Aus Mustang. |

R35 GTR tuned to 2000hp. Something like this one (which can also be driven on the street, it's full weight):

So many great responses posted here - Pretty much understand each and every one of them.
When proposing this question, I was also thinking of something I read in 'Australian Muscle Car' magazine (issue 76), and their interview with Phil West: "The Ferrari was doing 154 (MPH) down the straight, the Monaro about 124. The Ferrari was on 10-inch-wide Dunlop racing tyres with inboard disc brakes and the Holden was on Michelin XAS road tyres. But it was six seconds quicker around the circuit than the Ferrari. That was something that really opened my eyes, and since then I've not been the least bit interested in the badge on the front". Plus driving down to the local bottelo in a Lambo or Fezza might attract some kudos, or otherwise a new 'pin stripe'. Would feel more comfortable in a locally made Falcon, albeit tuned to the max. |

Have you seen the Singer Porsches? Awesome bit of kit but the price tag is astronomical. But I'd own a 70s 911, but as a daily I'd find it hard to go past an RS4..not many practical cars like a V8 wagon with AWD that looks fantastic. R8 V10, one of the only reasons is you can still get one in a manual. Bunch of X series GTs and HOs..... Last edited by Stefan; 23-01-2015 at 10:16 PM. |

Fast-track completing my '58 Plymouth "Christine" replica.....need the cruiser.
Flash off the speed limiter, tailshaft upgrade and decent rubber on the upcoming FGX XR8....go with the mates on their planned Sept cruise to Alice (and beyond ). Triple Webers, cams and a brake upgrade on the '62 XKE.....missing historic Motorsport. Finish the satin black S3 with S1 detailing XJ6 project....people to offend. Buy something.....in descending budget order depending on the size of the win (snuck Americans in here): Ferrari 250 GTO or California Spyder, McLaren F1, Shelby Cobra Daytona or Shelby FIA 289 Roadster, Aston DB5 Vantage, Lancia Stratos, Aston V12 Vantage or 4.7 V8 Vantage, GTHO Phase 2, E49 Charger, Singer Porsche 911, HK 327 or HT 350 GTS, Lamborghini Islero, 70 Plymouth AAR 'Cuda or 440 4-speed Roadrunner, '69 Boss 302, '67-69 Z28, '58 Lotus Elite, LJ XU1, XT or XA GT (have had XW and XR), VG E34 Pacer, Austin Healey 100 BN2, E30 M3 Evo, Lancia Fulvia HF, early Alfa Romeo 105-series 1750 GTV, '60s Mini Cooper or Cooper S, HQ SS in a psychedelic colour, ED Sprint manual, VH Pacer or CM GLX. If allowed Japanese; Toyota 2000GT, Nissan Skyline R32 GTR , Mazda RX7 S6 SP, Honda S800 coupe, Suzuki Cappuccino with flash tune and bigger turbo. |

I'd get a black FGX xr8 for when I want to drive around inconspicuous. Then a few other expensive euros or americans for when I don't
