American hotrod tv show :rant:

I was just watching the show American hotrod on the discovery channel and i couldnt beleive what i was watching, ill start by saying i know that all of these reality tv shows are more enertainmet than reality but here is what was going on. They have this new guy working for them and i guess hes from the country so one of the smart a#@e employees is allways giving him crap calling him sheep f%&#r etc... Finally hes had enough and he has a chat with the superviser and boss, they litrally laugh at him and when he says can you say something to him they say nah that wont do any thing thats just the way he is, a smart a@%e. Really good thing to broadcast arround the world an employee telling his boss about harassment and he laughs at him. But that wasnt all, towards the end of the show another of the new emlpoyees (who most were saying is a great worker) makes a smart alec comment, then appoligises for it but gets sacked on the spot for being a smart alec buy the same 2 people who just laughed off a guy complainig about harrasment saying well hes just being a smart alec!!

Like i said this is all just entertainment but i just cant beleive someone would be stupid enough to act like that in front of cameras which they know are there, weather hes playing it up or not. Thats my rant over!!

Oh yeah they were building a 65 stang looks like she will be pretty sweet when its done.
