My uncle had the hole fuel tank stolen out of his Statesman one night a few years back.
A mate fuelled up in Fitzroy Crossing once and buy the time he had walked in to pay for the fuel and come back out there was a "Local" already cap side with a hose LMAO.

I lost 2 full tanks in Queanbeyan in 87, 160 litres gone.Only kept 1/4 tank for ages after that.
