Myself and BlueFairy don't celebrate valentines day like some others in this thread. If you buy a present for your loveed one any day of the year besides birthdays and christmas - it means far more than doing it on valentines day.

Valentines day is designed to sell Hallmark cards and keep the florists in buisness. Never have and never will celebrate this fine American Tradition.

Went out for dinner, got drunk, got a root......I did alright !

I bought her a cheap bunch of flowers as well. I decided that I would rather spend a few dollars to make her smile then hear her winge for an hour about how we have lost the romance after only 2 years of marriage....I thought of it as an investment !

Dinner was pretty good too but I think I smell of garlick today....

went out for dinner, then got a root. : :
i went down the street a bit and 'borrowed' the neighbours roses.
been with her for 2years. i took her to our local go-kart track first, she thought i was stupid, but it all worked out ok.

they over killed the garlic at our restaurant.

I watched the cricket with my brother and my mates at my brother's house. I was already drunk when she got around there and she just talked toot with my brother's girlfriend. At about 1 am I crawled into the (single sized) spare bed with the missus and listened to her snore.

And they say romance is dead.

I know, it's average under usual circumstances, but for him that was pretty good. I'll take it.

Last time I made a "quick" visit, she got disappointed with my performance and told me not to bother again. LOL

Honestly, got a phone call from the ex to say hello (I'll admit to sending an email during the day). That was nice. then later I got some SMS's,

NUDGE NUDGE (to noone in particular)
