Haven't spent much time on the forums lately but as sent via SMS, you have our best wishes. The pic with the teddy bear is so cute (the one without the beer)

Haha thanks guys! Yes, I reckon he might take after his big brother actually, they are quite a lot alike! He will be brought up well anyway, with good influences! Hehe.
And as for the late night/early morning feeds, well it seems we may escape that, as with the other two. So far Toby sleeps really well, between midnight and 7am with no feeds. Last night he was awake at 4am, but he was quite happy. I was awake anyway, so he got a feed. But mostly, he just eats, poos and sleeps. And not much wakes him. We vacuumed around him the other day and he didnt move when he was asleep. My other two kids slept pretty much 12 hours a night from the first week they were born, and still sleep like they are in a coma! Maybe Toby is the same! Looking forward to bringing him on the next cruise....

Well guys, 10.5 months down the track, and I thought I would update a little.
Toby is now 76cm long, 10kg and very much a pig. He eats everything and is not fussy. He eats a lot. He also sleeps really well at night, always has. He has been crawling for a few months and is now soooo close to walking. He is a funny little guy, smiles and laughs all the time. Very very naughty and will travel around the house very quickly to trash things. Loves to chase the cat. He also loves playing with his older brother's toy cars. And he loves nothing better than to be thrown around and doing anything fast. Eamon is convinced that he will love roller coasters when he is older. Toby also loves it in the car and basically has a "car bed" in there - his seat. He sits and "talks" to other cars next to us and laughs if we floor it off the lights... I think he will love cars. He also loves the car stereo up high. We are not taking him to Clipsal this week but another year perhaps! This time last year I was 37 weeks pregnant, and getting ready to sit for 4 days watching the V8s in stinking hot weather! Anyway, here are some pics taken the other day at 10.5 months.

Cute family pics guys.
Amazing how far they come along in the first year. We're forever chasing Jacey around the house, she also loves the "scary" side of life. Every time we make the bed we grab the corners of the quilt and give her a hamock style swing. She cracks up. Agree on the pace that they move at, can be rather troubling. Is he attempting many words or just mumbling? |

Hey, thanks guys. I think he is cute too. He is the family favourite, and his older brother and sister adore him. But overall he is Daddy's little boy.
As for words, yes he is chattering quite a lot. At first we thought it was just sounds he made which sound like words, but then we realised he knew what he was saying most of the time. He says Mama and Dada. He points at the cat and says "taaaaaatttt". He makes car noises in the car or when he is about to get in the car and also toots. Oh and he has a very loud voice. The ladies at the childcare centre always comment on his big booming voice, as he is one of the younger babies there and they often think it is an older child. He has a very bad temper on him though and he is quite manipulative. And to those who mentioned it, yes he is VERY much like his Dad!!! A clone. A friend of ours came over and had a VB. Toby thinks that anything in a bottle or something similar is food. He wanted it, and grabbed it. Our mate let him have a little taste of the VB, presumably to put him off. He loved it and kept grabbing it wanting more. He ended up getting another mouthful and scoffed it, and still wanted more. Now when he sees the VB Boonie/Tash ads, he goes stupid - that is his favourite ad on tv...
