clevo your BF has every right to go out with his mates every so often.you cant expect him to hang around you 24/7 otherwise he'll be known as whipped by his mates.

knowing you were 16 and he was 20 i thought you could see this happening, anyway once you get to legal age you will be able to go out with him to the pub. ;)

I must say from personal experience, that it can be tough, hanging around older people.
I'ts even worse, when isolated in small town's.

Sometimes i find myself wondering what it would have been like to actually spend my teenage years with people my age, not having to keep a tight reign on my youthful enthusiasm for fear of looking like the "kid".
Doing adult stuff to avoid being left behind.
Drinking and smoking to look cool and feel a part of the group.

It makes you grow up too fast!
There's pleanty of time for intense relationships later.
Go home and enjoy your freedom, meet people your own age.
Be a teenager!
I can tell you, one day you will wake up and think "what am i doing here".

All the best
Steve

At the age of 16 I to thought I was old enough to do things that my older partner did as well. If created major fights between my parents and myself to the point that I almost did move out of home. In the end blood is thicker than water. It is not worth ruining your life over a guy. If you truly are in love with this person then you need to realise a few things.

A) You are in a relationship you have to have a bit of give and take. That means on both sides. He is entitled to some time with his friends and yes that means leaving you at home.

B) If you are lonely and having trouble making friends than actually talk to your partner in a normal conversation about it not in a nagging way that all men just switch off at. You will get more help if you add sweetner to your voice.

C) I really feel and yes I am putting on my mummy hat that I had removed two hours ago, as all my kids are asleep. You should talk to your mum. Extend the olive branch and really try to mend the bridges. If you dont you will regret it later on in life.

So you've quit school to be with him. Excuse me but this is going to sound rude. You've basically thrown away your future so that you can be with your partner. Now... in the event that he breaks up with you, whats your backup plan? You will no longer have an education, no partner, limited methods of making decent money. Where will your life be then?

Not to mention the spelling and grammar in the posts - couldn't be any older than 9. As everyone is saying, please type your posts in english and not some mumbo jumbo crap.

You keep trying to tell everyone you're serious etc, but can't even be bothered to structure a decent post. This alone raises questions and concerns over maturity. If you really are in this situation, you don't appear to be ready for it.

Give her a break hey!

Sure she may not be in a choice relationship, or have a textbook relationship with her mum.

Plenty of people happy to give their miracle solutions. If it was as easy as "hey just leave the guy, he has no respect for you, you're too young, go home and live with mum" dont you think she would have? I dont think its a situation you land yourself in overnight, or 1 that you get yourself out of over night, and not something most would enjoy starting a thread on in a forum

My 2c, why not be try and put yourselves in her shoes. If you've got something constructive to add, why not, if not give her a break.

Clevo ........ as a mother of a 16yr old who has just left home I will give you the same advise I gave him ..... Have a good hard think of your future .......

Yes we all sound like your parents/family ....... because for the most part we are parents & some of us have lived in a very harsh reality ...........

I live in a small community that only this year started senior years for high school ...... a lot of the kids went to yr 11 & 12 in neighbouring towns ....... If they can you can ...... Please dont play the but theres not one here & I dont have a car/cant drive yet ..... deal with it ..... get the school bus & get yourself an education ...... You will be suprised how many kids your age you will meet & therefore let your boyfriend have a bit of him time ..... Yes we all need it .......

Even if this current relationship does last you are going to need that at the minimum .......

Yes ..... my mummy hat is on now too ...........

Please dont discredit MO ...... trust me he is a very knowledgable man & his advise is as pure as his heart ........... Yes we sound OLD .... but we have the experience & you are the one who asked for our thoughts ......

There has been some good advice given... but I somehow doubt it is the advice wanted or advice that has been taken on board.

Clevo.. if you want to chat to me about anything.. please feel free to PM.. but also remember I am blunt, and I will not sugar coat anything..

I will listen to you... but I will not hold back either...

The choice is yours matey..

Good luck with whatever you decide to do in life..

Oh and on a side note.. Yes people on here (the majority anyway), do actually hate that sms style writing...

Cheers
Kerri
