I go through phases. If its scotch it has to be Johnny Black on the rocks, Jack Daniels & dry. But at the end of the day I always go back to good old Bundy & Ginger Beer.

1st is Bundy rum (either with coke, ginger beer, in coffee is an aquired taste. Once in a while I will go straight.)
2nd is JD (coke or coffee). Have tried black douglas but find it lacking compared to JD 3rd is Johnnie Walker Thou I find it hard to go past good old bundy, I am open to other drinks (as seen by my preferences). Apart from that the only time I will have beer is Guiness or tooheys old black ale stricitly on tap...

I'm loving Canadian club and dry premixes at the moment, tequila shots are good too
But yeah, I voted "Anything thrown together in a 30mL shotty"

Any form of Whiskey is the go, also shots of Absenthe in weather like this. The only thing I try to avoid is rum, anything else I'll put away.

munchy at his worst has 110 bottles of assorted spirits... If it was on sale, I bought it :
I managed to sell a 35 to a pub for $25 each (Johnnie, Jim, Bundy the usual suspects) and the rest I've kinda just drunk! munchy looked like this after one of the party nights > Might try and upload a photo of one of the three stashes I have left... One's in the roof cavity (people go sick at a party, see heaps and steal it) and one's at the old mans house. |

yeh bourbon is main drink of choice but if it had to be a beer would have to go a choice of the carlton fusion OR Millers chill both very nice brew.
my bosses brother loves what he calls "the three wise men" (jacks/jim/johnny) on the rocks might have to try that some time sounds interesting.

-Wild Turkey & Dry or Creamy Soda.
-Bacardi 151 & Coke or Lemonade -Glenfiddich on the rocks -Black Sambucca & Coke -Jagermeister & Coke -Bundy OP & Coke(dont like normal bundy tho...) Lotsa stuff really....Dom Benedictine, Drambiue, Jagermeister all get drunken straight too... My favorite currently is a tie between 151 with coke or lemonade, or a nice scotch on the rocks...(ie: not johhny red or black)

Not bad at all! Certainly warmed me up a bit And to the person who mentioned citrus jack! That is one which i had forgotten! Pretty sure they have stopped making them. In America they had 20 or so different "country cocktails" with JD.. Never tried any of them :(

If you like Chivas (12 years aged I presume), try Dewars 12. That's what I'm drinking as we speak and for the price, I really like it.
Many places I read up on rated the Chivas last among the aged 12 years due to its harshness, and placed Dewars ahead of it. Famous Grouse 12y was rated highest in a few reviews I read too, so I reckon I might try that next.
