not much more than a stock 4 speed,If you want to put out bit of power your better off with a celica 5 speed. I will convert mine to a celica box when my 5 speed blows next.
Its being welded up at the moment!!!!!!!!

I had 230hp running through mine with no problem although i didnt abuse it. Only time i killed one was mistiming my gear change with the clutch while changing from 2nd to 3rd while doing a skid lol!
