Default Headlights lens faading and going smokey

Is any one else experiencing there lens going off colour and cracking, i seen another wq fiesta at the tyre shop yesterday doing the same thing, my car is always in the garage at home and always under cover in a garage at work? would it be covered under warranty? is there some ideas on how i could fix it?

I know the link is to OzECruisers but I'm sure your describing the same thing as the EL/F's seems to get.

Tried and true way of rejuvenating the headlights.

I must be lucky, mine seem all OK so far and I know my poor little car has had a hard life outside ...... no longer though she lives in the shed now

you can buy plastic polishing kits for headlights at supercheap & repco for this problem

ok thanks i might give them ago. the lens has a lot of small hairline cracks in the "nipple" part of the lights which wont come out if i polished them They should replace these under warranty :(
