GT R spec Stat Write off water damage only 250km

I am under the understanding that this can be put back on the road as its a rare car. It needs special permission which includes proof its a limited edition and an inspection as per a repairable write off. Car must have been a demo. Someone buy it and save this car from the wreckers.
