I'm the opposite, in my 28 years of driving, I'm in my first Falcon. But I guess it will also be my last.

in the not to distant future Ford GM and other American cars will be just part of history and in its place will be cars made in china , India, Korea because of costs of production
they will be producing cars that last no more that 10 or so years with most cars only lasting a warranty period and then sent to the wreckers and recycled

After selling my XR50, I have no Falcon living in the garage for the first time. I may look for an old ute some time in the future. |

I had a beater 95 Hyundai excel to drive and it was abused but still Road worthy. Obviously still around 20years later too. Hyundai with their new warranty... I can't see cars being a 10 year throw away item.
