Angry Is there a decent Ford service department in Brisbane?

Hi,

Haven't had any luck in the 3 Brisbane northside Ford Dealer service departments I have taken my Focus and wife's BA Fairmont to. Each time I have had to go back at least once to get something sorted out. For example, after yesterday's in-between-servicves oil change on the Focus I now have my garage filling with smoke from the engine after a short drive.

Can I name names here?

As both of our cars are still under warranty, I am looking for a Ford dealer service department that someone out there recommends.

Starting to lose faith that Ford can actually service Fords.

Thanks in advance.

MK

Wish i could say the same about them, specially Wacker road. (yes i spelt it wrong on purpose) :

Q Ford springwood have been great to me, there have been times when ive had to go back again like Monday to get a new diff put in the work ute, but I am more then happy with their response to my diff troubles, specially considering the new one was here within 3 days! :

They always supply me with a new loan car to which makes it much easier to get around. :

Metro Ford is good . I switched to Southside because they are cheaper. 15k service on my Fiesta was $50 cheaper.

Guys even with your vechile in warranty you do not have to take it to ford for servicing only warranty work.

If you get it serviced by a registerd mechanic and the book signed you are ok.

Had My Gt in Torque at Brendale, yes they had a problem but rang me and we sorted it.
No product is perfect and no service dealer is either, I think sometimes it is they way they can overcome a problem that is more important than living in the dreamland of no problems.
