Holy crap...that is amazing!!!!!!!!

Id given up on them realisticly, what a relief for the family. But in a way makes the other one dying worse.

Four days in a mine is incredible.

Wow. Last I heard on the news tonight the rescuers were only half way down with the tunnel they were digging to get to them.

I had honesty given up hope thinking that they would come out alive. This is great news although not a lot is known about their condition yet. It nearly brought me to tears watching the news tonight when the son of the man who was killed ran out onto the football field with the St Kilda football team.

I really hope that this true and not a false alarm. Remember the mining tradgedy in the US about twelve months ago...... men trapped under ground, the word goes out that are alive. Only a little later to betold that they were actually dead.

Jeeez I hope they are OK.

I won't believe it til the cameras show them walking out. We were discussing this at work and the question was posed, would you off your oppo so you could give yourself the best chance of survival by getting all the oxygen??

I hope they are alive. Good on the resue team for their work even if their not. They risked their lives for someone else. Thats allways great in my books.

i didn't think they would of made it ... like would there be restricted air or something ... good to hear they're ok

- hmm they know the miners are alive however the miners might not know if there is rescue or if rescue is close... that could be a bit of a problem

Purely amazing. Always glad to see something nice happening on the news. Am amazed the guys are alive after five days, probably without much water or food and in pretty warm conditions, bet they're fanging for a beer and steak or 3
