Default RPO 83 WAS for sale

I live in New Zealand, where we have a web site called trademe.co.nz On it a week ago was a RPO 83 for sale for only $25 000NZD!!!!!!!! It was an auction style sale and the highest bid was $25 000. A little rust in the boot and it didnt come with the spotlights. Interested in your thoughts.....

A car with left over phase 4 parts on it. It could just be a winged sump or it may be as much as a 4 bolt engine block. When the phase 4 was cancelled Ford used all the parts randomly putting it on cars down the production line.

Ah yeah I posted a thread when this was first listed because he listed it as "Phase IV GT" or something, I thought it might have been a dodgy auction.
