the banner on the front says that only 1/3 of road deaths occour from excessive speed??????

that cant be right can it??????

Excessive speed in the circumstances or excessive speed over the set speed limit?

The corollary of that, I believe, is that the majority of road fatalities in Australia occur at or under the set speed limit.
