So it's an eBay link, BUT I want to know more about it and what it actually is, lol!
Found this wheels magazine on eBay from 1968 with an interesting pic in it.. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/W-5-68-Merced...QQcmdZViewItem  Does anyone old enough (:P) know of this?

no it was powered, called the Taylor Aerocar, built by the yanks in the late 40's if i remember correctly. could get up to around 10,000ft on a good day, lycoming O-290 powered with a pusher propeller
