I don稚 think that it would pass Australian design rules in its current form. That shelf holding the urn has sharp edges facing the front (potential injury to pedestrians) and they would be required by law to wear helmets. Also, it requires a little bit more firepower, perhaps an M16 facing the rear. Other than that, I don稚 see any real problem with one being registered out here.
