Default ABS for 2005 CL

Is it possible/easy to have ABS activated on a CL model vehicle ? Given that most of the kit is already there e.g. LX model.

It was available in the 'safety pack', but I don't know if they remove the actual hardware, or if it's just a software update. More than likely yours won't have the wheel sensors, wiring loom etc. It's annoying, because this stuff costs them cents, but it'd cost a fortune to buy over the counter.

Easy way, pull the wheel off. Behind the brake disk on the top there should be a sensor with a cable coming off it, that's the ABS sensor. If it's not there, then it'll be a major job to install ABS, and probably expensive. If you're that keen on it, trade yours in and get a new one. You get the ABS, warranty, and all the other perks of a new car

new car would be the best option. CL has none of the wiring or actuator so cost would be over the top, then there is installing it!!

Second that motion for sure, plus the new one gets side impact airbags
