No the law prohibits use of Radar Detection devices, Road angel is a GPS position indicator and entirely legal, as is a UBD directory with all the fixed speed and red-light camera locations listed.

i dont want to insult people but in europe everyone sticks to the inside lane when not overtaking so it leaves space for people.i was shocked when i first saw someone here overtake on the inside it blocks up the roads and is more dangerous.Im not saying everyone does it but lots do its insane if everyone just stuck to that rule the roads would 10x better. One good thing is that people stick to the speed limit all the time which is good.

It only tells you were FIXED speed cameras are and black spots, pretty useless in all reality if you ask me.

Don't speed = no problem :Reverend:

YES Steve D, and IF Italy and France confiscate radar detectors, WHO CARES? What considering their respective 130km/h AND 150km/h speed limits, the latter applying on some 3-lane autostradas.

This is how one 'keeps left', its the same diagram we'll have in the NSW driver manual in time, we carry the same text now.
