Question Ipod control 2012 Focus

Hey everyone.

I recently bought a new ford focus sport diesel about 2 months ago and its been great. My only grip so far has been the ipod integration with the sony sound system.

It takes ages to scroll through all the artists on my ipod. Does anyone know of a way to jump alphabetically through the list? All the sony system allows you to do is enter a tracker number from 0 - 99 which is a bit useless.

Thanks in advance

Hey Helios, my wife and I were just discussing this yesterday, it seems like you cant search alphabetically through songs with ipod control yet when using the sat nav you can search for a street name using the alphabet, what the? lol

The user manual also doesn't give any indication that you can search alphabetically, frustrating!

This is the reason I tend to use Bluetooth streaming instead. iPhone 4S with Siri makes it a whole lot faster to play any song in my library.

Absolutely agree. Quality is really good, and you can use the controls on the steering wheel to skip track, or just ask Siri to play a different artist, playlist or song when you’re done.
