Default Red Plate Rules

I hear there is going to be a change in the Victorian Red Plate rules (that is club rego)
Included in the changes is
- logbooks
- 90 day usage limit
- possible fee increase

Anyone had any more information on this???
Also what is the requirements with the SR rego? (that is Street Rod)

requirements for sr is to be in a club and normally cars that are modified and need an engineers cert

SR plate or not just for Street rods. They are for individually modified cars. All you need to do is join the federation unlike CH plate where you have to join a club that has the scheme in place.
