If that were true I would still drive a Mitsubishi. I only called at the Ford dealer to waste some time and have a browse. Before I left, I signed up for a new FG XR and picked it up 2 days later.

Edit: And btw, I have referred 3 others to my dealer in the last 12 months. They are a great dealer and they do all my servicing on a 6 monthly basis. I rated the Dealer top notch when Ford do there occasional quality reviews of my dealer.

But if you say it is dealer bashing (I never named the dealer) then I guess it must be.

Simple: they stock what will sell quickly, with a few others thrown in for variety.

They're hardly going to fill the lot with GT's and other FPV's that only sell very slowly...one gold GT sat unsold in the showroom of a Ford dealer I know for a year or so...lots of lookers and tyre kickers, but they would walk straight past to the Mondeos and ordinary Falcons like XR6's. No use tying up capital in cars that take ages to sell.
