Disconnect the battery for 30 seconds or so. Fixes a lot of glitches.

I haven't had this problem, but i have had problems with SYNC and my ipod before. To fix this, I always remove fuse 67 (under the glove box on the passenger side) for 30 seconds or so, as this powers the SYNC system and seems to reset it.

May be worth a go before removing the battery?
