Short Answer = No.
Unless you have a strange idea of either Adults or Comfort.

Something like an iMax will give you the most room, but that is effectively a minibus, and as always those sitting above the rear axle are liable to spinal injury. Furthermore, high-speed intercity travel is at the mercy of road-trains and cross-winds.

The more practical and/or car-like you get, typically the less the room in the rear. But if two of your Adults are under 5ft, slim, and like Yoga, then you could probably get away with a Carnival or Large SUV.

The Honda Odyssey is brilliant. Many claim to drive like a car, it really does. The backseats are very good, but egress is best suited to the very limber.
