Ford Laser SR2 headlight assembly

I've recently bought a 2002 SR2 and was wanting to change the headlight, daytime, and indicator bulbs, but I have no idea how to take the off and really don't want to break anything.

Does anyone have the schematics for the removal of the headlight and park light assembly?

We have the KQ Laser WSM in the tech portal but you don't need to remove the assemblies to change the headlamp or park light globes. Just follow the wiring at the back of the globe to the socket for each of them and they are just rotated to remove the globe holder.
I think the headlight globe might be a squeeze and rotate fitting but the others are just rotate.
The headlight globes are an H4, the park lamps a W5W and the indicators a Y21W BAU15s amber globe.

Yeah id had a look on the manual but didn't find anything about the bulbs in the headlights.
but I managed to twist them off they were stuck on like shit to a wall lol
