A passionate, detail orientated, skilled and problem solving Auto-Electrican desperately needed I’ve read the limited other posts on this topic, most are relatively ancient, I am chasing the pinnacle of all auto-electricians that have ever auto-electrisided…. I need someone who is comfortable working amongst the large range of modifications made to the car including a Haltech ECU, as I have a couple of faults that I can’t clear with my OBDII tool and I have a ton of aftermarket accessories that were ‘professionally’ installed including; •A complete multi-layered custom sound system - in which I need some cosmetic fixes and an annoying rattle where one of the speaker grills has vibrated loose and system fault tested •An aftermarket ICC system - (the dreaded Kayhan V3 unit) in which I need things plugged into and taken out of (behind the fascia) including microphone and speaker alignment •An aftermarket Alarm system inc GPS, Injector Kill-Switch, Sonic Glass Sensors which needs to be looked over and tested •A high definition audio system, with sub-par wiring/joiners that needs physical re-setting into the front cluster •An ALP system which I need double checked and looked over •More than likely I would like to install better lights (exterior) all around, I run aftermarket ones, but they cast a ‘shadow’ from the filaments, I also have a non-functioning RHS rear-view mirror indicator •I have a feeling that I have multiple microphones installed in the car and the system is getting confused as to which one it should use (even though it was all installed by the same ‘team’ at different times) as I can do everything Siri/phone/bluetooth/system wise, except have someone hear me when making or receiving call. •A few cosmetic, functional and inconsequential tweaks, tightens and applications The most important and primary issue that I have (let alone all of this other rubbish) is I have unbelievable parasitic battery drain, obviously with all of these added extras I don’t even know where to begin to look, even if nothing else is sorted, I need that identified, fixed or at worst, an isolator installed on the offending product I’m not sure what is involved and how they get done, but an electrical blueprint of the car would be extremely helpful for any future issues or installs, I expect that something like that would be both time and financially intensive. If even half of these issues get fixed, they/you will have a customer for life and praise, promotion and worship will be heaped upon them/you in every which way but loose. I work away, so they/you can have the car for as long as needed, am open to ideas, suggestions and other products if any of the fixes require them, like most on the forums, this is my baby and I just want someone who actually takes their time, loves what they do and will put in the care and skill required.
