Jeeze you kids,..... It must be just me! but after the heyday of Aces High and Run to the hills i thought the boys REALLY fell off. Think i'll stay home with the kids and watch Australian Idol and pray to god that the singer from Motorhead auditions for the show!... I'd love to see how Marsha handled that one.... Pious old sanctimonious twit that she is.

oh damn i cant wait for that!!! i just hope tickets are not like $180 so only old people can afford them.. why cant they keep ticket prices down with old bands these days!! its not like it costs them that much more in comparison and when they sell out the acer arena like they will they dont need to sell them at prices like $180..

best line up.. Motley Crue, Judas Priest, Twisted Sisters and Iron maiden.. that would be an awesome show

Gold is standing and best seating.

Got mine for being an IMFC member. Bad news for the public sale is that Ticketek released all gold tickets at all venues and are selling out.

You do realise that current Metallica would belong in that "today's trash metal" group? I mean, yeah, St Anger was just so so much better than Master of Puppets. /sarcasm ;)

There's a lot of good new (not nu) hard-hitting, raw, butt-kicking metal these days guys.

This is the Rod Laver Arena seating, other venues have a similar setup.

tickets jsut went on sale at ticketek, i got 6 seats next to each other in lower silver, but no i refreshed once and all the floor allocation was exhausted, and only single seats left in lower gold.im very lucky considering it took 30 seconds for half the venue to sell out, who knows most of its probably gone now. i got mine i could kiss you all i am so rapt, i have been waiting since 1993.

Woot! Got my tickets this morning for Brisbane show. Down in GA4 according to that seating arrangement. Was a bit ripped that I couldn't get 2 other mates and I into any of the gold areas, so second best spot is second standing I guess.

Cannot wait for a mad show. Hope it stays as last show on the tour so we get the huge finale. Any word on support acts? I'm kind of cut that Airbourne and Rose Tattoo are supporting Motorhead and I'm missing out, even though I caught Lemmy and the lads opening for Motley Crue a few years ago. Would like to see Airbourne sometime though.

hey mate i got the last ticket to GA4, wanted to get one for my mate but couldnt, sucks. but after i got my ticket, it appeared that both Gold (seating and GA) became available, previously they were sold out.

edit: just checked and gold seating, gold GA and silver GA are all sold out.

Yeah reading through the rest of the thread and what arlov_animal said about single seats only in gold areas was dead set correct at 9:01am. Still, I'm hell glad that I'm heading to this show. Wonder how long it will take until all arenas are sold out.
