Besides I dont think we need a 2 tonne Falcon yet that uses 20litres per 100km to be honest let alone how many hundred of millions it would cost to engineer it for AWD.

Imagine when this thing gets Orion F6s engine..It will be a mid 5 second Suv...Now thats just awesome!

How did you come to that conclusion?

M division, AMG, Porsche and VW all have Hi po SUV to compliment their line up.

hrmm... after looking at the actual pics, its kind of a let down, i was expecting a decent bodykit... look how tough BF GTs n F6s look...
a decent kit, 1" bigger on the rims, and LOWER! (so that the tires are an equal distance away from the gaurds all round, lets admit, these aren't designed for offroad useage.)

to me this kind of looks like a "slap together" job of a car.... but i think there will be a market for it no doubt, my best mate is a mechanic at Ford and reckons he has T/TT owners asking 3-5 times a week how long until FPV make a T6 (F=Falcon T=Teritory thats how i reckon it should go)

also instead of "F6-X" which i think is a crap name, it should be F/T6 Monsoon

What I see I like!
Love those turbo prop alloys - 18s = DSC/ESC and comfort ride balance (even on Cayenne turbo) and offroad via sidewall height, understandable compromise. Starting to look like the original Raptor concept..a good thing

Qs- Are the door handles and rear spoiler painted the same 'molten metal'?
Are the inner door handles chrome?
Dash pod gauges?
Can you get a sunroof, finally?
Clock is now on ICC can it be flashed onto and existing Terri ICC?
Can I have one tomorrow please? Seduce (7)of course!

There are more pics in the other thread.

- Door handles are black, rear spoiler is white, same as if you bought a TX
- Interior Door handles are chrome, but you can do that to anyone of them
- Seems to be no dash guages yet.
- No sunroof
- New clock on ICC, no flash for old cars tho apparently
- and no you cant, not till feb next year..

Yawn. While I normally like subtle cars, if I was about to drop $70-80K on an FPV Territory, I want the damm thing to LOOK like it's an FPV Territory. At first glance this looks like a normal TT with some paintouts.
Still wouldn't say no to one though, just would have to spend more money on making it look right.

Probably you can get a 12second Territory for the same price as the F6 X.

Having seen more pics now most of my questions had been answered, henry buckle's pics trims just looked that way to me.
The rest well if you don't ask you don't get, they should at least be options.

Might just wait a couple of years till you sell me the F6X the Easter Bunny going to leave in the LSTG driveway next year.

Howd you know the easter bunny is bringing one, maybe two!!

Old man will get one first, ill probarly have to wait since my car is newer then his, I didnt want to buy another car for a while but I miss the comfort of the Territory something shocking, this is my answer to the best of both worlds me thinks..

Better start making extra pmts on the SP!

I think it looks ok, but white. What happened to side mirrors not coloured or chromed? Then you have exterior door handles as well, come on FPV could have done better.

Minges green Terri looks tougher.

I wonder if the white front with the black stripe is a hint to the Orion FPV cars?

Tough crowd in here!

I do agree however that the differentiation isn't enough on the outside, a set of XR lights, FPV bar styling and 20's would look great though.

I like it, but I think it will struggle to attract the cashed up family man when it doesn't look like he's driving anything special. If you're gonna spend the $$ on this over a std TT, it should be as different as an XR6-F6.

I think I like the interior..... not sure yet.

And when FPV made the concept earlier this year there was a stream of complaints that it was too outlandish.

Lets see if it sells.....

And more importantly lets see if it is quicker than a clubsport.......

Meant to be about 3 seconds slower around Winton than an F6 Typhoon so that makes it around the 1:46-1:47 mark.

The old model Porsche Cayenne Turbo did 1:46.12 so that isn’t too shabby a time for the Terri.

It looks kinda crap, like a Territory with a badge on it

Who would want to buy one of these ?

What are you ment to do with it ? it doesn't make any sense

Or is this just one of those placebo type snobby nose vehicles ?

Next there will be the:

FPV focus
FPV Wagon
FPV F-Truck
FPV XT
FPV Laser
FPV XR6T

Maybe ford will become like KFC

"Hi I would like a Laser please..with extra badges, and a upsized wing"

"Would you like to upgrade your laser to FPV today sir ?"

well FPV are a way behind the HSV garbage you can get out there.

HSV Jockstrap
HSV Thong
HSV Condoms (although they could only fit the H and part of the S on it as you couldnt get writing any smaller)
HSV Shoes (yes these are real)
HSV lubricant
and HSV marriage counselling

Its the vibe, Its mabo, its the constitution.....its....just ......the vibe.

just kidding :P

Due to family commitments im a current Territory owner. I purchased days before the turbo was announced and was really disapointed by this.

I like the look of this and prefer the fact it doesnt stand out too much more.

I will buy one for 70k drive away, any dearer and my next upgrade will be the standard turbo instead. They are already running 11s 400m with minimal mods.
