Hahahah .. Gee you read the story and see "150km speeds","loaded rifle","2 plants on the back seat","esky full of weed on the boot"...etc etc. And that all sounds bad and so on.........then......
To hear the bloke was playing with his oldfella and filmed it all too is just omg ! - which almost makes all the above sound petty ..lol.
In a way he is probably lucky he was doing so as it will probably take alot of focus away on the other stuff, could you imagine having to do jury duty for a case like this !
