I would love to see an Aussie equivalent

Based on a FG RTV, sadly that doesn't exist :

Then have FPV show some testicular fortitude and go to town on it, sadly also not likely to ever happen :

Oh well, I can still dream :

If this Global Ford idea had any real substance to it, that thing would be sold here.

So they get these:

And we get these:

How is this fair!!!

If they brought them over here it would be awesome! But somehow I doubt that will ever happen... :(

^^^ agreed. Even if Ford did bring it over here and try pricing it to be affordable, our Government would tax the hell out of it, making it unaffordable.

for most off roading ifs is fine if you have decent travel, a solid front will always be better, but then the road manners turn completely to crap, and i doubt it would get any sort of ancap rating with a solid front axle.

Looks nice, although i would like to see it in the sand dune's at Lancelin (WA)...

If it's anything like my brothers F-150 I will spend all day pulling it out with my 10 year old Landcruiser, these things need tracks not tyres in the soft stuff....

Wheel travel and articulation are two different things in the air the wheels drop nicely no different than putting it up on a hoist. I'd like to see a video to prove me wrong. From that pic I can see quiet small fron cv joints no tie rod or drag link which leads me to believe it has rack and pinion p/s. Has pretty low rear shock mounts would get snagged pretty soon.

I do see an F-150 Raptor getting around converted to RHD. I guess it isn't a cheap process having them converted.

with the price they are, and importing and a top conversion cost like $40k roughly. Having them priced at $150k in AUS they are making 1/3 profit. Your better off doing it yourself.

Melton Suzuki is a Ford F series dealer, they've got plenty new ones in their yard.

VDC does all the conversions down here in Victoria.
