Novated Leasing - Your Thoughts?

I/We are currently looking at buying a new car and someone suggested Novated Leasing.

I was wondering for those people who have financed their car this way what did they think of it.

I am not asking for advice for my own personal circumstances, I have an accountant for this, just what they thought of it for themselves - would they do it again, how did they find dealing with the residual at the end of the loan, even if they did save some money was it worth it, etc?
