IMO a bit of community service in an aboriginal community wouldn't hurt too.

Deportation!
Get rid of the scum! I agree with the above comments - it's a daily occurrence and doesn't surprise me in the least unfortunately. They have total self absorption - couldn't care less about anyone else. Also - he's slurring and indistinct so it wouldn't surprise me if he was higher than a kite. Which is another reason to pack him off to somewhere else.

I notice he's now sporting a cast on his right arm, maybe someone already gave him a touch up and attitude adjustment, if not, maybe karma just caught up with him.

It was just a young kid that could not handle his grog like a lot of fools do nowadays. and they don't get the cane at school, so what do you expect. I see kids spinning moronic behaviour on the trains or pubs etc all the time and that's nothing worth bothering with as I would be happy coming home late at night if that's all that went on. Things like so have been done millions of times before, I don't see what the big deal is all about with some snotty nosed brat kid who could not punch his way out of a wet paper bag. No one was hurt or threated or bashed by a gang or hospitalised. Try being a cop and see the crap they have to deal with day in day out.. I could not give a rats what someone said about my race at all, be it true or false, especially from a weedy drunk kid. |

Its not the point mate...what spewed out of his mouth should not be said, and certainly not in public.

Shows how "bright" they are to have uploaded their crime to social media.
Defies belief.

And I don't think you really believe that anyone should be allowed to go around abusing people and get away with it.

Best part of the story is that he has been released on bail.

I'm guessing from your comments that as long as no-one gets hurt then you'd be ok with your wife/kids/mum/dad/sister being verbally abused in a similar manner?

But it was much more so where I once lived and I was happy and having a good day if it only came to some verbal abuse, then a mob of drunken low life filthy grubs wanting money and harassing you if you went out or a mob trying to have a go at you, not just one, but a mob bro. as they were always to gutless to have a go one on one. When I left the pub or night club I use to put my last beer down and walk out prepared for any idiot who came swinging out of the trees trying to have a go directly. The kid was just a snotty nosed brat like you see everywhere and on the drugs the moronic idiots use nowadays. Like my elder brother always says, they can call me what ever they like, but as long as they don't call me late for lunch. People bag him saying he looks like Fabeo or Sweed and other stuff even down in the city of nice metro wimp nerds of Brisbane. you just pay no mind to it and it does not become a problem for you, but if you get you heckles up that only drives the idiots on. it's only a big deal if you let it become one. How can anyone hurt you when it's not true and if it is true so what, big deal it's them who are just being the idiot. Others should pay no mind to it all, then old mate has no fuel to run with it. We are seeing people of late that get involved in cases like such sticking their beak into it all, thinking they are the PC police and then end up getting punched out directly and then are wondering why. Confronting someone who is of there rocker is not a good idea if you can't fight. |

So abusing someone who deserves it is just fine. So one could abuse another on a train etc and be well within there rights to do as so. like if you are dealing with a thief. |

Ahh corporal punishment where art thou! I missed out on most school yard punishments as I am an 88 baby, but by god didn't my parents put the fear into me with a behind slap, many a wooden spoon broken on my *** and I like to think I turned out alright!
Kid seems like he was drunk or high or something when acting like a dick, if you look at the photo in the couriermail he looked absolutely terrified though walking out of court, if anything has come from this perhaps hope the mental torment hes going to get for a while will be lesson enough. Like most teens they don't think about the consequences, loss of job, public ridicule and even the same hate thrown back on them. God when/if I have children if anyone of mine does that, no amount of court, jail or hate towards them from the public will be greater than the fear i'll put in them when they get home.....I learnt as a kid, the thicker the spoon the less chance it has to break

This is what you get when there is a generation of kids who, according to their parents, can do no wrong. They've never been told "No" in their life, then someone in authority, as in this case security guard, or Police or teachers, tell them to do something.

Walks off basically free with no penalty for how she and her "friend" made another person feel. What a great lesson she has been taught by our legal system. I've more to add, but it would make the thread potentially racial, in good faith though. But I know it's gonna turn to crud if I do. Cheers!

This is where I also think year 11 and 12 students should spend at least a significant portion of their final years of school learning about real life. Not a few hours every other month. Yes the parents should also be teaching this however in my small time as a father what you try and teach your kids immediately gets undone by childcares, primary and secondary schools.
Things like; - paying tax - writing resumes for work - what does happen if you are on the wrong side of the law - loans and credit and what happens if you don't pay it - Jury duty call ups - if you end up with a criminal record how much better off are you for the rest your life? - Wills and legal ramifications if you die and don't have one - Making significant purchases (cars, houses) Who can honestly say in their day to day job they use the pythagoras theorem or why they need to remember the 14th Australian Prime Minister or what elements make up plastic/s? Teach them real life and I'm sure it will go a long way toward turning the next generation better. Well, fingers and toes crossed.
