48 hours at my place of employment and bring home around $1200.
around 20 hours is actually spent doing semi constructive , money earning work. rest of the time involves a fair amount of hiding...........

I'm in the 40-50 bracket one fortnight and the 30-40 bracket the other. I work fulltime but I'm on a monthly roster system. Time off? I'm at work now rofl

does it have to be how many i am actually working? or how many i am physically at work?

The results could vary greatly, lol

Usually get 55 hrs in by lunchtime friday. No weekend work for me.
When fire restrictions are in I have to knock off by 9AM or midday, so basically do shift work and then try to sleep during the stinking hot day. OH JOY.

I'm a public servant, so I work around 40 hours a week (manage to take a flex day every couple of weeks or so). Beats my previous career (Retail management for well known discount retail chain) where I would ususally work up to 80 hours a week but only be paid for 48 (the joys of being paid a salary). In my last month there, I worked 3 weeks straight including weekends.

Not enough hours! 30 if I'm lucky. Used to do about 60+ a week and would earn a shitload to put into my car. Now I have a good base to start from, I have no money!

The holidays are comming soon and I'll have 3 whole days off instead of one. I will be going insane.

I work over 50hrs per week, partly due to 1 full time job and 2 part time jobs. The part time jobs help keep me sane.

I usually do something in the order of 50 to 55 hrs. Last two weeks have been above or around 60 hours.... including a 15 hour ripper the week before last.

Guess that puts me in the workaholic range. Probably a fair comment.

Lol, what's even more suggestive of my workaholicness is the annual leave balance... ive had like 1 week off in the past 2 years so there's 7 (going on 8) weeks sitting there... bout 300 hours.

EDIT: Just to add - i DO like my work, its not like im held here at gunpoint.

I can't remember the last time I had a week off, that didn't have public holidays in it. Yeah it's still a week off but everyone else has it off too so it doesn't really count :P
