Pretty much every parcel zooming around the world’s postal services has a scan code. What you can find out about it, reflects the level of service purchased by the seller and any predilections of the countries involved.
But the recipient cannot purchase extra transit information “on the go”, at their expense - nor can the sender upgrade tracking ad hoc. Imagine being able to lay down (say) another $2.20 and see all scan events on an economy parcel. It would seem there’s a lucrative worldwide business for the taking. |

Why is it that we white Australians are told that showing photos or naming dead Aboriginals is a no no?
Case in point David Dalaithngu?......who is this person?.....I certainly dident know who he was when they named this great Indigenous actor and dancer as being deceased, it's a lot of crap! His Christian name is Gulpilil, David was bestowed upon him by the film directors. But me being me, well I respect the Aboriginal peoples right to their cultural beliefs! But it defies logic when on my TV screen is a video of the actor emblazoned on the Opera House sails, the channel 9 reporter is calling him by his 2 Christian names David Gulpilil, and to confuse white non indigenous Australians more his name is put up in text across the TV Either it's David Dalaithngu or its David Gulpilil? I give up! |

yes but at the time of his death it was his family's request that the press use his birth name from them as stated in the first few releases of his death

Why is it that it feels like i'm the only person that refills the paper towel rolls in the men's room and the water jug in the brew room?
Men's room is amazing: we have 4 towel roll dispensers; more times than not if the first one is out, at least one of the others will be out, too. And there are spare rolls right next to the sinks. C'mon guys, you're all technical people, I'm sure you can work out how to change a simple paper towel roll

I know what would happen; they'd just leave it for the cleaners to do. And then complain that there's no paper towel in between!

Could be hermaphrodite, if it's bones you couldn't tell, the pelvic bones are the giveaway, but a female child bearing skeleton could of had both male and female genetalia!...long gone of course!

Why is it most wives get upset if they catch their husbands masturbating while watching pornography? Don't the wives realise their husband is displaying empathy. :-P

Why is it....
that so many seem be so outraged by everything atm, even on here? People seem to be outraged at the slightest thing that they don't agree with or doesn't suit their way of thinking, but they are outraged without knowing the details or background of the subject. The situation with covid testing (or lack thereof) and Novak are case in point. Is point 4 on this list the answer? Similarly, I saw a story the other day where a lady, her partner and her daughter travelled to Fiji (presumably for a holiday). Unfortunately for them, they contracted covid whilst visiting. As a result of that, they were placed into isolation. I saw the lady complaining about their circumstances and how unfairly they were being treated. She was even complaining about the fact that her daughter and her had travel insurance (I think it was) but couldn't use that to help them out. Seriously, who takes a holiday to a country that is less medically established than here, at a time when there is a worldwide pandemic on and the chances of you contracting that disease are relatively high and then complains about it when that scenario eventuates Did you research the details of your travel insurance before you went to understand as to how it would apply if you contracted covid whilst visiting? Did you research to find out what would happen to you if you contracted covid whilst visiting, and what your rights were in that scenario? If so, and you still decided to accept that risk and went, why whinge about it? Accept it for it what it is and deal with it. Step up and accept some responsibility for the situation.
