well dip me in honey and throw me to the nymphomaniacs........we been to every state and territory in good ole OZ multiple times and we have bought hundreds, if not thousands of these sausage/bread combo's.......(look up gut's in the dictionary and you'll see a picture of ole Poppa).
I support these fund raisers at every opportunity, I can smell and hone in on a snag sizzling a mile away! always two snags in between two slices of bread with a swatch of onion, never yet had an actual BUN from anywhere.....bloody hell that'd be showing off wouldn't it?

Having read this part of the thread for the last few days I have to say that here in Darwin, Bunnings does a roaring sale of fresh sliced bread and sausage / onion with two or three sauces available plus the odd carbonated water. I do not remember ever and I mean ever seeing a hot dog bread roll.
Cheers Vincenzo

Yep, never seen a roll at a Bunnings BBQ in SA anywhere I've been.
Make sure you don't go cooking up your 20kg of onion all in one hit. Some of us like raw onion with our snags on bread |

Geez I hate that.
I obviously don't come here often enough anymore. This thread was started by Poppa Smurf on 06/05/2013 and I have only just noticed it. I also hate that someone else had the idea of this thread and its lasted so long *peers intently at Poppa Smurf* :P

If you are really interested, some where back in the ether of time I did a summary of all the complaints to date - that way there is not that much reading to catch up.
Cheers Vincenzo

this thread has lasted so long simply because of it's fantastic contributors who all show a distinct lack of malice and take the thread as it was originally intended. merely a place to set a spell and sprout some bull.....ummm! inform us of the many complaints that daily life throws at us all. how come such little dogs take up so much of a king size bed on cold nights.?

Seeing people advertising 18" VE rims (being specific here, as it just happened, but it's a general irksome thing that bugs me), and claiming they'll fit ANY holden.
No. Just. No. Get away from cars. You're a dangerous person.

600 snags and 140 drinks sold by 3pm! Would have sent for more had I not been going to a family friends late lunch. Could have done another 100 easy. Picked up 1/3rd of my order in the morning and the rest got delivered at 10am: I flog a bunch of cardboard trays from Aldi to give to customers who buy 3 or more rolls... Bit of fore thinking makes many a happy customer Beautifully caramelised onions and no skimping on the bread. We get so many people buy one, walk to the car only to come back after 2 minutes for another

Tek screw? Had a wheel bearing replaced about 6 months ago. My mechanic explained what a ***** it was to remove and showed me the thing in pieces. Oh well, quick test drive, all good. By the time I got home there was obviously something not right and a quick look saw me pulling this huge chunk of steel out the tyre with pliers. A curved piece, looking a lot like part of a bearing housing. Went back the next day with the piece and my car running a spare. He's a good dude and as my rubber was fairly old and was close to being replaced anyway I let ti slide but still had to tell him what had happened. I have the worst luck with tyres. Some people can drive their entire lives without a single puncture. I'm the guy that gets 2 at the same time. In different wheels. |

Ebay 'collector and vintage' cars. There used to be one modern car per page accidently listed there. Now it's every 10th car it seems...
Do all these people put them there by accident or what? ...

Well my Casio watch which I was given as a 21st birthday present had finally died after nearly 8 years of service. They can't get the parts anymore to fix the LCD screen unfortunately.
For the first time in a long time I figured I should buy myself something nice so I looked around and found one which I just said that was the one, no doubts at all. An Emporio Armani one http://cdn.watchshop.com/profiler/th...1423891755.jpg $550 dollars lighter I take it to the watchmaker to have the band links taken out to fit. I get home and set the time and date no problems, very simple. But **** me the chrono doesn't work at all! It should'nt be complicated. Push A button to start/stop and B to reset. But nothing happens I hate that! Hopefully Myer will be good about it all, well they better be. I would really like it to work because it is very nice. Pulled the rear wheels off my daughter's (2008?) car, and what do I find?
DRUM brakes. And of course they're jammed on.
