Hello Everyone,
I just discovered your Forum yesterday as I was browsing for more info on FPV and similar vehicles. I thought this might be a good place to start looking. As you can see I am from Canada and I am a Mustang enthuist, I notice you guys (and girls) have quite an interesting assortment of Performance Cars available to you, all of which are not seen really anywhere here. Here's the details on my Car to get things rolling: And my mod list can be viewed here: http://www.svtoa.ca/cutecast/cutecas...14&thread=1164 Also I have made a few videos of the club I belong to in action, one of them can be found here: www.svtoa.ca Just scroll about halfway down the page and you should see a link That brings me to my next question, Do you have any videos available of your cars/cruises? See pictures and reading stats from magazines is fine but you really don't get a feel for a car until you see it move. Anyway, thanks for having me and if you have any questions/comments feel free to post them here or email me. Darren |

Hey all,
Don't own a ford at the moment but i used to get around in a MkII EsKy Panel Van and a TD Cortina wagon in other days. Currently driving an '82 Alfasud and repairing/restoring a '77 Alfetta but it's about time i got a real car to haul real band gear :sm_headba so i'm looking round for an XD/E panel van (which is how i found this site). You've got an excellent site here. Well done guys, keep up the good work. |

Hi! Well I'm glad thats out of the way so now I guess I should tell you a bit about my self. I'm a 34yo Mechanic I'm married with 2 kids we live in Sydneys north west. I only have a company car ATM (O and my wifes Commadore but we wont mention that now will we) my previos car was a Black ZC Fairlane, (Pictured) specks arent important but it served its perpuse well as a big bench seat cruzer beautifly, this was the first car in my transformation form very anal car freak fussing rain spots, dead bugs detailed under carrages and lint on the seats, I'm now chasen somthing old and ruff to drive the wheels off havent really desided on a model yet, but when I find it I'll know |

Hey Everyone,
I've already posted in the classic Falcon forum and just saw this, so here goes....... I'm a 37yo I've loved XA,B,C coupes since I bought my first one at 21yo. I've still got the old girl (XA Fairmont, 351 2V, fmx, factory sunroof) and want to put her back to her former glory, but slightly modded (wheels, engine dress stuff etc). I also have an XB Fairmont coupe with a factory roof and I'm the second owner, it's been well looked after and in very good nick. I have another XB coupe, also factory sunroof equipped with a pretty good body, that's going to be my donor car to get the XA back to decent condition. I also am in the process of restoring a '75 Trans Am (yeah I know, but it's one of the best handling cars I've ever driven and it's got a V8). My wife supports my addictions, of which I have 2, my cars and I also collect and make movie props, so I'm a lucky bloke. Prop collecting is probably a little more expensive than my car habit as it's so precise, from the spacing of pleats on a episode 4 Darth Vader suit to the correct hue on a prop. I've got one of, what's considered to be, the top 10 accurate, full sized (6ft 10in) Vader's in the world. Anyway, that's about it, thanks for having me. Cheers, yakcam

Hello everybody,
I just bought a 1979 P6 LTD. I intend to restore her, so it will be a slow process. I'm 39, and this will be the first time I've ever attempted anything like this. Hey Yeti, do you work from home as I need to start off with a tune up as I think the timings out? I'm at Blacktown. Cheers. Ps, How do I edit my profile? |

Hi all, my name is Peter. Ford all the way. (with a slight Volkswagen fetish) I'll get the hang of this site soon! I live in Adelaide, and with our rego system here I can play around a lot, with any old piece of err, anyway. Simply, if it was regoed in S.A. once before, just fill in a form and your away. No inspection!
I was a mechanic 15 years ago and never really got it outa my system. (now I make contact lenses) I am rebuilding a 69 Dodge. Building a 347 stroker for my 95 LTD and just embarking (after a faild attempt a few years ago) on a XC van project I have been thinking about for years. I have a 77 LTD P6, I'm using as parts for the van. I will get some past and presant pics up in the project section soon. Love the camaraderie this site has! |

Hi Guys,
Very new to this but the site has already consumed countless hours of both my personal and work time! I am a long time Ford fanatic from a long line of Ford fanatics. I currently drive a 6 cyl AUIII (family car..dammit). I work in the Middle East but return to Adelaide on a regular basis. I'm currently on the sniff for an XB coupe (Falcon/Fairmont/GT) and I'm willing to sell my current toy (GSXR 1300 Hayabusa) to do it. I look forward to talking with fellow members and perhaps even meeting some in Adelaide. Whilst I wait for my Coupe, could anyone help me with advice for doing some performance mods to my AU III. Cheers Trent |

Hi there everyone. Name's Ren and I live up north in the sun.. I finally got my Ford this morning! '79 Escort resoration project. oooh it's so exciting!! :1syellow1
The van's intended to be a learning project for me. I'm only 19 so I know sweet f.a. about cars at the moment. But my Gregory's is on the way so soon I'll be able to get into it. Not too much rust which is a blessing! |

spry welcome, put some pics up of the 1965 ranchero.
I am sure there would be plenty of interest in it. Post it up in American Fords Forum here. http://www.fordforums.com.au/forumdi...aysprune=&f=34

Hello everyone. I migrated over here from the other fordforums message board that is based in the US but seemingly dominated by Aussies. I live in Ohio, USA.
I have a 1972 XA Fairmont that was redone sometime into an XB Falcon. It was originally a 351C car with auto trans and 9" diff. The only thing that has changed is that it is now a manual with a toploader. That was also done sometime before I had it brought to the US. It may end up with a 5-speed TKO tranny. Sorry, I just found this thread. I've posted around a few places on this board already. I am sure there are a few here that may know me. I also go by the name of Aussie XAXB on some other Ford message boards. I am going to be 42 in July. I am married (22 years!) with 3 kids of which one has married and left. I am sure we will see him back here in a couple years. _ I've been into cars since I was 16 and started with a 1968 Dodge Charger I bought when I was 18. I also went to tech school in the mid-80's, worked as a mechanic, and now I am a Toolmaker at Ford. Steve
