Damn, I ended up buying a yellow xb of ebay a while ago and have been looking in Stores for months for more ever since. My wife walked into one shop this week and found one straight away at the front. Now there are different colours, that is a good and bad thing for me.

No 52??? The yellow one was 48 out of 52?

Is it in a different series??

I think the picture has cut off the 48 above the 52?

Yeah it would just have the 48 cut off.

I have about 3 different coloured 67 Shelby GT500's, all number 1 of 52.

The car itself retains the same place in the series even if it does get a different colour or livery.

Trav, I gotta get myself back on the HWC forums, been ages since I even looked.

They're pretty cheap on ebay ATM.
Around $5 + postage.

Thanks autolite. I have pm'd you. I was also offered one from 67xr. I will take both as both are wanted by my new hotwheels collector mates. I want to get another one for my dads mates son, XB coupes are his fave car , ever since his old man had a gt hardtop, and I think he will love it as a pressie.
Thanks to the guys who have arranged one for me.

I've had the odd lookaround, haven't found anywhere that does them online apart from eBay sellers really.

That blue XB looks horn.

i managed to find 2 of the xb's in target at the tuggerah store today.

just wondering if these things will get more valuable as time goes by?

i've only just started buying hotwheels/matchbox cars, my son is turning 2 soon so i'm buying them for him to play with.. as i said i found 2 of xb's, but one of them has a torn packet, is it worth putting the one in the good box away for a while?

cheers

I found one at Myer but the packet was ripped open and the car was gone. Honestly, why steal something worth $2.70?

That green 07 Shelby GT500 is now available in a reddish/pink colour. Doesn't look half bad!

On holiday in NZ atm and thought I'd have a look at the local toy store, I found 17 new cars to add to my collection Very happy. I also got talking to a guy in store and he said yesterday the pegs were full with batmobiles and the ghostbusters cars, spewing I missed out on them.
