Clunking/thumping noise from front end...please help

Hi guys

I've just had pacemakers and a new 2 1/2" exhaust system fitted to my car. The system sounds great but now I'm getting a large banging/clunking/thumping type noise from the front end when I'm turning left and loading up the suspension or if hitting mid corner bumps.

It sounds like a series of large rocks being flicked up into the firewall or something consistently thumping against the driver's footwell. I thought that it may be the cat tapping againt the chassis rail, but when I give the exhaust a shake it doesn't seem to shift that much. I just had it serviced before the exhaust went on and the suspension ball joints and bushes etc were fine.

I'm wanting to determine if it may not be exhaust related before I go back to the exhaust shop to get them to have a look at the system they fitted.

Any ideas what the noise may be??? Thanks in advance guys...

It could possibly a wheel bearing or a shocker? not 100% sure though.
