A lot of Fairlanes of the E series had the LTD grills fitted. In the lastest Restoered cars there is a write up on the rare 1993 fairlane ghia sportsman.
I had to udate to windows 9 to play the vids. Well done Headsex

oops, sorry LTDHO. Whatever it is, it is hardcore....and a bit of a pimp mobile too.

What happened to it at the end of that dyno run? Looked like a pipe blew off the heat exchanger...

Couldnt you hear it "pinging" in the video clip? the whole motor blew up !!!

He he he..

Nah, it was actually the blower belt slapping about which sounded like the pinging, and yes, the heat exchanger blew off.. Wayne didnt screw it right

Oh, yes.. Sorry, They are all encoded with WMV9 .. so you need Windows Media Player 9 to view them..

I find the quality to be quite good for the file size it produces..

Looks good Shane, but since it is hard to see the dyno graph on the screen, perhaps the file size can be droped a bit if you cut out that bit and just print the rwkw just before each cars run, although just over 8MB isn't that big.

Kristeena get Brendan to look at your broadband manifold. Those curves look like it is not switching over properly. I think you will get alot more out of it if it is the problem.

: Lowest AU V8. The larger dip and A/F are of concern.

Could it be the vac switch? Not flicking the butterflies properly?

I'm putting money on it being an over zelous knock sensor. The sudden drop looks like an massive retarding of the timing to me.
