Damn, I recently did the bottom one.

From memory, you have to pull out the pocket underneath and that gives the access to remove the stereo. You have to give it a good yank though.

I assume you have googled it. Have you also tried googling Mazda 323?

got it sorted , the factory radio comes out exactly like the au's , once you find the four little holes all is fine after
