Hi,
im movin into my first non share house (rent a room) in a couple of monts so im startin to look for furniture, whitegoods, electricals and all that good stuff. i was wondering what people had around or knew of that they would be willing to sell to me or hook me up with good deals etc. to deck out my new place. im up near Gawler at the moment so northern suburbs of adelaide or towns near gawler are easier but can do pickups in southern area. after quality merchanidse.. so what have you got.... Find out the dates for council bulky waste pick-up and go for a drive. Good things to get from that are tables, chairs, desks, shelves, cabinets. ie all solid stuff.
For a lot of them all they need is a sand and stain and they'll come up shmick.
