when is this idiocy going to stop - 13 arrest warrants outstanding, they need to start taking serious action 48 hours is a joke will have his car back in time for the weekend and be back out doing it again. Every weekend the ferals across the road have unregistered cars arriving and teenagers jumping in... Sooner or later they won't come home.

the amount the governments are charging for licences, registration, fuel taxes, GST on everything it's no wonder more people are not found to be driving unlicenced, unregistered and uninsured.
having said that, it's still stupid to give them opportunity to be pulled over.

The thing is they make stricter laws and everyone complains, but then you have people saying make the laws stricter to get idiots like this off the road.

What we really need is A LOT better driver education, not just 120hours on your L's and you're a race driver.

Hey why don't they make murder illegal and lock you up for life if you commit one.

That would stop murders happening completely........

Driver education is good and would help...But people like this would not pay any attention to it and still be idiots..I can understand 1 or 2 times but 13 and to act like a dikc with kids in the car..no amount of driver education or training would help this stooge...

Perhaps a license to breed is in order. How come there is no charge for putting the children at risk? !!!

These threads are all starting to sound very similar - socio economics is the key, I'll leave it at that for the time being.

driver education doesnt work for people like this. they are recidivists (spelling?) and they think they are a law unto themselves. the only way to bang sense into their skulls is to lock them away for a while.

Yes and no. Sure better education would certainly help alot of drivers out there, but this guy is just of a bad gene pool. He could do an education course twice, but will still act like a d*ckhead on the roads...

edit: lol icat beat me :P

Agreed, no amount of legislation will stop people doing it if they want to, only if they get caught.

We have had a few class acts over the years, one in particular that sticks in my mind was the P plater who was driving a turbo 180sx, high as a kite on ecstasy. Came sideways onto the main road in front of the cops, who also found a whole bag of pills he was dealing.

He disregarded P plate laws, drug legislation, road rules and a host of other things, but until the cops caught him, nothing was stopping him.

Nah, I tend to agree. Some people are just nuts. Sometimes I think Mad Max was an insightful glimpse of the future, not a fantasy.

Either way I think that is probably the single most irrelevant comment I have read on these forums.
