Default Had to laugh to myself!

Stopped at a Breath test set up today by our local boys in blue, and as I was blowing into machine the officers phone goes off to the tune of Hawaii 5-0, and he then tells me it use to be the theme to Inspector Gadget!

Nice to see some police have a good sense of humour. It would be hard to I'd imagine, dealing with the stuff they do everyday.

I have always found the best way to deal with RBT's it to take one of the cold beers you are currently drinking and just offer one !

While the basic Ford Six was code named Barra, the Turbo version clearly deserved its very own moniker – again enter Gordon Barfield.
We asked him if the engine had actually been called “Seagull” and how that came about.
“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.

lucky it wasn't my ringtone - skyhooks, why doncha all get

i have always found the cops to be good people and funny too. i once had a lady copper look over the car and check the boot. she says "this is pretty boring, no ladies items or anything"
another time i left the pub where the coupe club meeting was - i was the last one out in my old telstar so they pulled me over and gave me a breath test. after blowing .00 they ask me why i was at a pub and when i told them a coupe club meeting - he put the torch over the telstar and said "do they laugh at you when you show up in this". being a shift worker i had dinner plates and empty pepsi cans and boxes among other things on the back seat and he asked "do you live in this". he could have picked a few things on the car if he actually wanted to bust me, but he was just a good and funny guy

Was following a garbage truck on the southern express way last week, when a long pink ribbon (at least 20ft) comes flying out of the dumpster on the back. It disappeared over my work van and gone.

2 seconds later a police patrol car goes past, lights flashing and 20 ft of pink ribbon wrapped round the aerials flapping in the wind piriscilla queen of the desert style. Both cops laughing the rs off, gave em the thumbs up and then they pulled over the truck! poor SOB.

A work buddy put that 'tits and *** man' ringtone on my phone as a joke at work... forgot to get it off before the trip home on the train. Im standing there listening to my mp3, next thing you know a whole carriage full of people are glaring at me looking VERY offended.... sure enough, phones ringing *head -> desk*

I also agree that our cops have a good sense of humor, friends got pulled up for an RBT and the cops asked to see the boot for some reason, just as they open it out pops our mate, hand outstretched, "gidday officer Michael Sparksman here, just inspecting the boot for you".... cops close the boot... casually walk back to the front of the car, "I didnt see anything, have a good evening" =P
