Default Road Rage 0 Happy Me 1

Whilst driving down the mountain today, 2 lanes, I was in the outside lane, White VN Commodore came flying up my rear from a mile away and was nearly touching my rear bumper bar.

Cars were in the left lane so I couldn't change lanes and I was not going to speed up just to get out of the way of MR Fluro Top Commy Driver as I was already above the limit.

Anyway thought to myself this idiot will get in front of me and slam his brakes on as he is one of those idiot drivers

So what did I do, pulled out my Video Camera Phone and Video'd him

Yes when he did get in front he swerved in my lane and slowed down to 60klms in an 80 zone but didnt try and run me off the road as he noticed I was video'ing him.

HA HA got to love video phones..............

What is it about scozzadore drivers, i mean if your walking down the street and hear a car doing a burnout or flying up behind you, 95% of the time it's an idiot in a scozzadore....good work with the camera phone....

I don't think a cop would be riding my bumper bar down the mountain...........

And for a 44, lol at least I will have it on video......

And for leaving it where it starts, I work in insurance and if you try and avoid an accident because of some tool is trying to run you off the road then if you don't have any witness's - which is what happens 95% of the time and you have no proof then the accident will be your fault

Video these idiots then you have it on camera........

Open and shut case

And who drives around with 44 in their cars

Have you been drinking?

With a handheld unit, no. Remember too the ARR in relation to 'television' screens in a drivers field of view. In such handheld circumstance the Highway Patrol will gladly entertain.

If the unit is a dedicated 'fixed' unit bearing NO screen in the driver's field of view, then yes - that does NOT necessarily make the 'evidence' acceptable to a court, but can assist police and DPP in some prosecutions.

I've recently moved from the Northern Territory to the bottom of the blue mountains and have noticed the change in driver behavior In Sydney compared to the N.T.
Everyone seems to be in a mad rush and I hate these f@#$en idiots that sit on your rear like a hemroid, they obviously have never seen or been in a tailgating accident let alone an accident ever. I only notice this happens alot when I take the XR8 out for a cruise on the weekends, this car seems to attract every ****er on the street.
I'm all for defensive driving lessons for everyone as part of the licence testing.

You miss the point, you start a thread about someone driving dangerously and you pat yourself on the back for breaking the law to defuse the situation.

The Victorian Police no longer drive VN Commodores.
Due to the generous budget from Steve Bracks, they have now upgraded to a fleet of VR Commodores.

Victoria...on the move

Oh wait sorry...

Still, Victoria's gambling rates are an interesting issue.

I'm glad I don't live in NSW if that type of stuff happens down there. Cops driving VN's, my God what is this world coming too.

what is it with Victorian Premiers and Geelong Football Club, I'm not sure of his agenda but If he plans to clean up Vic's Gambling problem he should have plenty of support. :
Anyway, back on the topic of the video. C : an we see it?

sometimes ya just gotta get the experiance . i remember when i was 17 i was trying to save fuel by not accelerating enough on take off a person overtook me on the left on a single lane road i beeped and gave the finger as this guy was just an impatiant fool ( this was in a 60 zone) the guy started braking in front of me . i backed off . he tried to pull me over. i decided to exit right . he turned and braked in front of me blocking the street, so i gunned it and continued straight . the car overtook me at high speed and braked and slid sideways . completely bloking the road in bot directions. this dude got out doing karate kicks in front of my windscreen . i sat there till he calmed down . i didnt even have a mobile to upset this dude . that was 20 years ago a lot more goes on in the form of road rage these days.

Where is the brick wall so I can bang my head against it?

I am pretty sure everyone knows the legalities of mobile phone use whilst driving and it does not needed to be pointed out so you can add to your post count.
