Default BA Not starting after Minor Accident

So my Cousin side swipped a gaurd-rail the other day in his BA and ever since it won't start..! Even though the Damage is only "Cosmetic"....! I checked all wire's e.t.c Everything appears too be fine But when i turn ignition on every light on dash fuel e.t.c comes on even though it has half a tank??? so i tryed the whole Undo battery too "Reset-Comp" Not sure if that even worked but anyway too No Avail...! So i went into Ford at Gatton and asked how much it would cost too plug there laptop in too diagnose the problem and they said we would have too bring the Ford into town & It starts at $85 "with an Evil grin" So thanks too Santa and lack of funds i would preffer too do the old "Process of Elimination" first so any help or idea's would be muchly Appreciated thanks guy's lookin forward too your feedback cheers......

how long did you disconnect the battery for? do it for an hour to be 100% sure

does the starter turn?

any noise at all on key-turn?

'every light on' simply means it's on pre-ignition phase

coipacks, battery collapse, possibly the dreaded B-series ignition barrel failure..

need more specifics..
