The 1st company to bring in a decent factory RHD Pick Up and undercuts everyone wins.
There are huge inroads to be made into the Toyota's market leadership. Lets cross live to Ford for a response.

I reckon no one would be able to make the business case to their American subsidiaries - the amount of cost to engineer a platform to be made in RHD and comply to ADRs for say a few hundred sales a month tops, its not going to happen.
Its going to have to happen on development of a new platform to be viable, not a mid life cycle update. This guarantees operations like HSV/Premcar in the short term, unless one of the factory operations takes the gamble. |
