Default wont turn over.

turn the key and the reds come on try to start and the ! lights comes on and nothing happens can any one help please?

That happens to me if i leave the gear shifter in D. So first things first, is your gear shifter in P or N?

Edit: just read your sig, 5 speed manual? If its a manual then disregard.

I had that problem yesterday, so I waited a minute with the car fully off and hoped it came back on upon the next turn of the key -- and it did.

mines not coming good tried heaps of time dissconnected the battery for 30 min and still nothing

Have you checked the kill switch on the shifter? You know the one, it's the one that will only let you start in park of neutral. If it's playing up or bent out of alignment for any reason it could stop the car from starting. Failing that you might need to look at the starter motor.

i have a feeling its a communication prob between the bcm and the ecu.And yes its manual.
