Default 3.08 Limo Ute Diff Question?

My ute has a Limo 3.08 Diff in it, im going to put 3.9's or 4:11's in it soon,

is it worth selling the 3.08? its still pretty tight and working well and has recently been painted black.

and whats it worth do you think?

cheers,

Gonz.

what do you mean by limo
as in it's out of a limo and has heaps of kays on it? or as in LIMitied Slip Diff-O?
3.08's are worth very little from memory cos everyone offloads them to get 3.7's or 3.9's.

Damn ... I was under the impression all AU utes were minimum 3.23:1
I knew there were 3.08:1's in some sedans .. but the longer wheelbase version I thought were a slightly shorter ratio.

I could be wrong though.

yeh "Limo" is bogan for Limited Slip Diff, sorry!! haha...

not knowing the history of the ute but it has 140,000km and the diff works fine!
well i guess ill see what ill do then, might not be worth the dicking around of buying another diff for $100 odd and trying to seell this one for the sake of what might be $190, i just thought because its a limo someone would want it but its not the best ratio.
