Default Humongous supercharger?

This was outside our office the other day.



I’m guessing it’s not a supercharger, it sure looks like one, a very big one!

Looks like a big roots blower fan, used for ventilation where the pressure drop along duct work is too much for a regular type fan. Used in mines, etc. where there are huge lengths of ducting.
